1. Material: recyclable materials. Our engineer can choose suitable thickness materials for different displays according to the load-weighting requests.

 

The metal wire diameter we can offer is 1.8mm/2.0mm/2.5mm/3.0mm/4.0mm/5.0mm/6.0mm, and the most normal kinds are 2.0mm/3.0mm/4.0mm.

 

For metal board, the thickness is 0.6mm/0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm/1.5mm/2.0mm.The most normal kinds are 0.8mm/1.0mm. For metal AA tube, 15*15mm/18*18mm/20*20mm, the thickness of metal tube is 0.6mm/0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm.

 

 

2. Loading-weight:for weight-bearing, metal display can holdabout 10kgs/layer. Reinforced type can load 20kgs/layer. Life Span is more than 2years And for the large pallet display, the load-bearing is 400kgs.

 

 

3. Size: The display size can be designed according to your requirements. Our designing department can make structure designing and plane designing, professional graphics & structural design can be offered.

And then attached onto AD board (the thickness of AD board is 3mm/5mm) Printing offset 4-colour printing, or blank (can be customized)

 

 

7. After-treatment: glossing, laminating, spot. UV for advertising board artwork, and powder coating for metal parts.
